  7:30起床  先喝一杯水

  8:00吃早餐

  8:30——9:15背诵毛概

  9:30——10:00复习力学(从不会的地方看起)

  10:00——10:30复习结构

  10:30——11:00复习房建(以上三个可打乱顺序)

  11:00吃一个苹果

  午饭过后背诵英语 

  2:00——3:00睡午觉

  3:30运动 3组俯卧撑 每组15下 以三种方式进行    压臂力棒30下 哑铃左右各30下 练指力 跑步机15分钟 运动时多喝水 也可吃点东西补充能量

  休息后吃晚饭 晚饭过后休息一会儿 练习排球 打拳击 尝试引体向上 洗澡

  娱乐时间  有念头就做运动 肚子饿的话吃少量宵夜 不宜吃太多影响睡眠

  刷牙洗脸

  23:30准时睡觉
