Welcome to PostoMe ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

PostoMe is a "future letter" service that allows users to write letters and schedule them for delivery to a specified recipient at a future date. Our core services include:

• Creating, editing, and managing time-delayed letters
• Delivering letters via email, SMS, or claim code
• Public sharing and community interaction features
• Long-term secure hosting of letters

2. User Accounts

2.1 You must register an account to access the full range of features. Please provide accurate and truthful information when registering.

2.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Each individual may maintain only one account. We reserve the right to merge or terminate duplicate accounts.

3. Content Guidelines

3.1 You are solely responsible for the content of your letters and warrant that your content:

• Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Does not contain pornographic, violent, hateful, or terrorism-related material
• Does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party
• Does not contain malware, phishing links, or other harmful material
• Is not used to harass, threaten, or intimidate others

3.2 We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or report content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 You retain all intellectual property rights to the content of your letters.

4.2 By choosing to make a letter public, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the Platform. You may revoke this license at any time by changing your visibility settings.

4.3 The Platform's branding, interface design, and technical architecture are the intellectual property of PostoMe.

5. Paid Services

5.1 Certain long-term hosting services may incur fees. Pricing is clearly communicated at the time of letter creation.

5.2 Fees paid for hosting may be refunded if the letter has not yet been delivered and is within the applicable refund period.

5.3 We reserve the right to adjust pricing, though changes will not affect orders that have already been paid.

6. Delivery and Hosting

6.1 We make every reasonable effort to deliver letters at the scheduled time. However, we cannot guarantee delivery in cases of network failure, invalid recipient information, or other factors beyond our control.

6.2 During the hosting period, we employ reasonable technical measures to ensure data security.

6.3 For letters with hosting periods exceeding 30 years, we will make best efforts to maintain them but cannot provide absolute guarantees.

7. Account Termination

7.1 You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, drafts and undelivered free letters will be removed. Paid letters awaiting delivery will continue to be delivered as scheduled.

7.2 We may immediately terminate your account and remove associated content if you materially breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not make guarantees regarding continuity, timeliness, or security beyond what is reasonable.

8.2 We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory changes, or cyberattacks.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where the Platform is based.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via Platform announcements or email. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
